Arriving on what would’ve been Pop Smoke’s 21st birthday, “The Woo” is an homage to a rising hip-hop hero cut down far too early in life. Director Eif Rivera says he was inspired by the parking lot scenes in Dr. Dre’s 2010 “Kush” video.
